Beau is 26 weeks today and has been here for 14 weeks. We have made progress in crating (still a way to go) and his training is coming along really well. It is amazing to see how wicked smart this breed is and how much they process. I have been humbled thinking that my years of training Boxers to great success would prepare me adequately for a Doberman.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

It hasn’t , but I persist and don’t think I will screw him up too much. We are heading back to DC in a month so I expect some setbacks but I am excited to get home and find a new training club.
