The past week or so has seen the weather in DC turn cooler with lower humidity. That means that it is more pleasant to go for long walks and explore further afield on foot. Beau and I did just that!

In addition to running some errands, we walked to some new places so Beau could practice his proper doggie etiquette. Without a class this week, I made sure we had plenty of opportunity for mental stimulation and skills practice, too.

We had a great week and it is wonderful to see Beau progressing every day. Our obedience class resumes next week AND I am super excited to attend a nosework seminar to learn more about that dog sport. I think it may be something that Beau would enjoy.
