I love it when I can take Beau with me to run errands. The autumn and winter are best because we can walk without the heat curtailing the distance and the pavement isn’t too rough on his feet. This weekend, we ran an errand to our local hardware store. All along the way, we did some incidental skills training and what I loved best was how often he checked in with me. It was very busy with lots of foot traffic but he did really well.

He waited patiently for me to get the items I needed from the store shelves, navigated the narrow aisles, and awful smelling elevator all without issue. He even got to see a friend we haven’t seen in some time.

So proud of this boy!
